This is a CSA Membership agreement between Star of the Sea Flower Farm, LLC and you, the member (subscriber).
Terms
Star of the Sea Flower Farm’s bouquet subscription membership is set up as a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm business model in which subscribers purchase a "share" prior harvest season to help the farm reduce the burden of up-front costs (such as flower bulbs, seeds, and growing supplies) before the season begins.
Star of the Sea Flower Farm will provide one (1) bouquet weekly or biweekly during the season purchased depending on the option purchased.
Payment
You understand that once you purchase a subscription, you have secured a share in the Star of the Sea Flower Farm CSA for the purchased season.
Refunds
A CSA is about commitment to a local farmer and our commitment to you. There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of your Star of the Sea Flower Farm CSA share once purchased. Members may choose to donate or transfer ownership of their share to another named person or organization if they no longer want to continue receiving bouquets during the purchased season. Original purchaser would be responsible for sharing these terms and conditions to the new owner.

If member has any questions, member will ask them as soon as possible.
